Privacy notice
What this notice covers
This notice explains how ACESSI Consulting LLC ("ACESSI", "we") handles personal information collected through this website and its inquiry form. It applies to all ACESSI country-desk websites operated by ACESSI Consulting LLC.
Information we collect
When you send an inquiry we collect the information you enter: your name, company, work email address, company country, the type and approximate size of the transaction, and any message you write. The readiness check runs in your browser and sends nothing to us unless you choose to include its summary in an inquiry.
We ask you not to submit financial statements, bank records, identity documents or other confidential material through the website. If a review proceeds, we provide a separate secure channel for those documents.
Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) for security and operation. We do not set cookies for tracking unless an analytics service is enabled, in which case it is disclosed on this page.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to respond to you, to understand the transaction you describe, and to decide whether a further review makes sense. Where required, we rely on your consent (given when you send the form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who else sees it
Inquiry information is processed by service providers that help us operate: email hosting, customer-relationship software, telephone reception and web hosting. They act on our instructions. We may share information with a lender, insurer or other institution only after you have engaged us and agreed to that step.
International transfers
ACESSI is based in the United States. If you write to us from another country, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where the law of your country requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on your consent and on contractual protections with our service providers.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Information connected to an engagement is kept for as long as the engagement and applicable record-keeping obligations require.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Residents of many jurisdictions have specific statutory rights, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Türkiye, the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong and certain U.S. states, and we honour them. To exercise any right, email the address shown in the footer of this site. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
We update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
